Our professional installation partners will service your Tonal, which may include additional parts or exchanging the trainer. If an exchange is needed, they will uninstall your impacted (original) Tonal, and return it to one of Tonal's hubs. They will then install a refurbished trainer in its place so you're ready to workout again.
